Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing OKC Muscle & Joint Chiropractic (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We strive to provide high-quality care and transparent policies.
Please review our refund guidelines for memberships, packages, and services.
 

1. Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased.

Our memberships renew on a monthly basis.
You may cancel your membership at any time, but:

• Refunds are not issued for unused visits

• Refunds are not issued for partial months

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
 

2. Care Packages

Care package purchases (e.g., multi-visit packages) are non-refundable.

Any unused visits may be used before expiration.
Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Unused visits:

• Do not roll over past expiration

• Cannot be refunded

• Cannot be converted to cash

Transfer of package visits to another person is not permitted unless approved by management.
 

3. One-Time Visits & Services

Payments for single visits or treatments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

If you prepaid for a visit but did not receive care, please contact us to reschedule or discuss options.
 

4. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

We request that appointments be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to charge a fee for repeated missed appointments.
 

5. Promotional Offers

Discounted services or promotional pricing:

• Are non-refundable

• May not be combined with other offers

• Must be used within the promotional period
   

6. Service Concerns

Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you have concerns about your experience, please contact us so we can work toward a solution.

While refunds are generally not offered, alternative options may include:

• Rescheduling a visit

• Transferring value to a different service

• Providing additional care solutions

These options are offered at management’s discretion.
 

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was processed in error, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
